The client wasn't starting from zero. They already had a quote and booking form on their website - but it was doing the bare minimum.

Customers filled out basic property details, and from there, the team took over manually: calculating quotes, handling payments, and managing the entire follow-up flow by hand. There was no way to apply pricing logic per location, create tiered service plans, or run promotions without custom workarounds. Flexibility simply wasn't built in.

The business-side gaps were just as significant. There was no native way to track leads, measure conversion rates, or pinpoint where potential customers were dropping off in the booking process. What little visibility existed came from a third-party job scheduling tool - one that couldn't be tailored to the specific way their business operated.

The client knew what they needed: consolidate their toolset, eliminate the manual workload, and finally have real visibility into how their business was performing - without stitching together multiple off-the-shelf platforms.

We structured the project around four bi-weekly milestones, treating each one as a checkpoint rather than a hard deliverable gate. This gave the project clear momentum while preserving the flexibility to adjust priorities as the product took shape.

The client was actively involved throughout - joining regular meetings and progress reviews at each milestone, and testing the product hands-on between checkpoints. All day-to-day communication ran through a shared Slack workspace, keeping coordination fast and issues surfaced early.

Quote Tool

The customer-facing core of the platform - a web application integrated directly into the client's existing website. It walks customers through the entire journey: landing on the page, specifying their property, receiving an instant quote, and completing a booking. No manual intervention required. No back-and-forth.

Logic Builder

The admin engine behind the Quote Tool. It gives the client full control over pricing - configurable by location, property type, service conditions, and add-ons. Admins can define and manage service plans (one-time, biannual, quarterly), set up promotional codes, and adjust the quoting logic at any time - without touching a line of code.

Master Dashboard

A centralized analytics layer that brings sales performance data into one place. It tracks leads, conversion rates, and drop-off points across the booking funnel - giving the client granular visibility into their business by property type, location, and service category. The kind of data they simply didn't have before.
